Thank you so much for your interest in a tour of our Broadcasting office, home of B94.
We will need a few things from you before we can confirm a date for your tour:
1. A formal request in writing, preferably on the letterhead of your organization.
2. Please include the number of children participating in the tour and the number of adults (there must be at least one adult present for every three children).
3. The tours typically only run on Thursday or Friday afternoons at 4:00 PM. However, our current schedule list full. Please check back in the Fall for open dates.
4. You will be viewing the broadcasting booths and the on-air talent at work, but you will also be touring an active business office. Therefore, we must maintain a quiet, controlled, group. During any time on the tour if the group has to be warned about being loud, unruly, or uncooperative, Infinity reserves the right to end the tour at that time.
As soon as we receive your information as an agreement to the above terms, we will contact you about scheduling a date for your tour.
